Preparing the Abstract

Authors are invited to submit abstracts between 200 and 400 words, providing a concise and structured overview of their proposed research. Each abstract should include the research purpose, methodology, key findings, and main conclusions.

To ensure clarity and relevance, please follow these guidelines:

  • Clearly state the objectives, methods, results, and implications of your research.
  • Align your abstract with one or more conference themes listed on the SIP2026 website.
  • Maintain a logical structure, using clear and precise language that can be understood by a multidisciplinary audience.
  • Avoid excessive jargon, unexplained abbreviations, or formulaic content.
  • Abstracts must be original, unpublished, and free from plagiarism.

Abstract Format Example

Title: (Centered, bold, capitalized)
Author(s): Full names, institutional affiliations, and email(s)
Abstract: A concise summary (200–400 words) presenting the study’s background, methodology, results, and conclusions.

Review Process

Once submitted, all abstracts will undergo an initial review by the Scientific Committee to assess quality, originality, and alignment with the conference scope.

  • Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection within 2–3 weeks of submission.
  • Review outcomes may include: accepted as presented, accepted with revisions, or rejected due to scope or quality issues.
  • Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference program upon successful registration confirmation.

Full Paper Submission

Acceptance of an abstract does not constitute final acceptance for publication. Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit a full paper for detailed peer review.

  • The full paper should expand upon the abstract’s content, presenting complete methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions.
  • Papers will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two experts.
  • Review comments must be addressed carefully in any revised submission.
  • Only papers that meet the academic and ethical standards of SIP2026 will be selected for inclusion in the conference proceedings and partner journals.

Abstract and Full Paper Withdrawal Policy

SIP2026 maintains a strict academic integrity policy to respect the efforts of reviewers and editors. Withdrawal of accepted submissions after review is strongly discouraged. Administrative charges will apply to compensate for editorial and organizational costs.

Type Withdrawal Fee (USD) Notes
Abstract Withdrawal 120 After acceptance notification
Full Paper Withdrawal 180 Excludes works already published in Springer or official edited volumes

  • These fees ensure ethical accountability and cover administrative efforts.
  • Submissions withdrawn after acceptance without valid cause may result in a “Registration Incomplete – Academic Ethics Violation” notice on the official website.
  • Repeat offenders or institutions involved in unethical withdrawals may be reported to relevant academic bodies.
  • Payments can be made securely via the SIP2026 payment portal.
  • Important: Accepted submissions not registered by the stated deadline will be automatically withdrawn and subject to the same administrative policy and withdrawal payment fee.
