- (1) Official Invitation Letter (issued by the SIP2026 Organizing Committee).
- (2) Official Invoice & Payment Receipt confirming your registration.
- (3) Online Invitation Letter Tracking Number for third-party verification via Online Verification.
- (4) (If applicable for authors) Abstract/Paper Acceptance Certificate.
- (5) Organizer Credentials (REPA LLC business registration reference) and a conference flyer/CFP PDF.
- (6) Special Event Code (confidential): provided individually to confirmed, paid registrants only. Do not share or publish.
- Submit Registration Request: complete your invoice request at https://sip2026.org/request-invoice/.
- Complete Payment: follow the invoice to pay the full registration fee.
- Verification: the Secretariat verifies your details and payment.
- Issuance: your invitation letter (and, if applicable, acceptance certificate) will be issued and made verifiable online.
Third parties (e.g., institutions, funders) may verify the authenticity of your invitation letter using your tracking number:
- Confidentiality: Any Special Event Code is confidential and issued only to verified, paid registrants. Do not publish or share it.
- No Guarantee: The invitation letter supports your travel documentation but does not guarantee any outcome with external authorities.
- No Legal Advice: The organizing committee does not provide legal or immigration advice.
