When do abstracts open and when will I be notified?

Abstracts open October 1, 2025. Notifications are issued within 2–3 weeks of submission.

What should the abstract contain?

200–400 words summarizing objectives, methods, key findings, and implications.

When is the full paper submission deadline?

January 31, 2026 (for eligible tracks requiring full papers).

What does the fee include?

For authors: presentation and a publication pathway per track policy. For audience: attendance access (no meals or accommodation).

Do you provide visa invitation letters and recognition details?

Yes. Invitation letters are available after confirmed registration. IRCC SELU Special Event #: 25XXXX (shared in the letter); CBSA IE&CSP File #: PAC_2025_XXXXX.

Is virtual participation available?

Yes, SIP2026 offers both in-person and virtual options.

What is your refund policy?

Registrations are non-refundable. Please see the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

When will the program and materials be available?

Program: March 15, 2026. Abstract Book & Proceedings: March 25, 2026.

Presenter Guidelines

Presentation Requirement
All accepted papers must be presented at the conference either onsite (oral or poster) or offsite (online or virtual). Presenters must choose one of the following methods:

Onsite Oral Presentation: Deliver your research findings in person at the conference venue. You will be allocated a specific time slot during a relevant session to present your work and answer questions from the audience.

Onsite Poster Presentation: Present your research through a poster. For better visibility to online participants, you are encouraged to prepare an electronic version for Q&A sessions. If you bring a physical poster, you may use your own stand, though space will also be available onsite. There is no fixed size limitation; ensure the setup fits your needs.

Offsite Online Presentation: Present your research virtually through the conference's online platform, allowing full participation remotely.

Offsite Virtual Poster Presentation: Submit a digital poster to be displayed on the virtual platform. Be available online during designated hours to discuss your work.

Presentation Template
Optional Use: A professional presentation template is available for download to maintain a consistent appearance. Use is optional.
License Terms: The template is licensed solely for use in connection with SIP2025. Redistribution, resale, or other uses (commercial or personal) are prohibited. It cannot be used for merchandising, broadcast, or on-demand services.

Q&A Sessions
Each oral presentation will be followed by a Q&A session for audience interaction. Poster presenters should be available at their display during designated times for discussion and feedback.
