SIP2026 – Code of Conduct

We aim to provide a professional, respectful environment. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive conduct is not tolerated.
Applies to all participants (organizers, attendees, presenters, speakers, volunteers, sponsors) across official venues, activities, and online platforms.
Show professionalism; respect diverse opinions; communicate thoughtfully. Unacceptable behavior includes harassment, bullying, stalking, discrimination/offensive remarks or imagery, unwelcome sexual content, disruption of sessions, and retaliation against reporters.

Violators may be warned, removed without refund, banned from future events, or reported to authorities.
Alleged violators may submit a written appeal to the organizing committee; appeals are reviewed confidentially and fairly.
This Code does not create a special duty of care. We do not accept legal or ethical responsibility for the acts
or content of participants or third parties and shall have no liability for reliance on any content or for enforcement
outcomes, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update this Code; review the latest version prior to attendance.
